Sunset
No photoblog without a good sunset...
I think this one qualifies.
They're really not difficult to shoot. Kota Kinabalu on Sabah (Borneo) Malaysia is famous for it. You don't even need to be very lucky... they're just there (don't blame me if you catch a cloudy or rainy day). You just sit down and wait for it. Be aware though that these tropical sunsets are quick. Where I'm from they sometimes seem to take hours (especially in winter). Here you do see the light change (the golden hour), but once it starts to darken up it goes very quick. From light to dark in about 10 to 20 minutes. So it does require some concentration to not miss the 'when' (or end up with 500 photos and sort them later).
