Shinjuku
Of all the Asian cities I've visited, Tokyo beats them all when it comes to the lights and the ads crammed into only a few streets. Walking this area at night should definitely be included if you ever visit Tokyo.
Be aware that what's commonly refered to as 'Shinjuku' (as I did here) might actually belong to other wards, cause there is some overlap. But you can't miss these streets in the evening... just follow the lights...
